The Locals Pass covers unlimited self-service washes and dries at 3921 Highland Avenue — daily 7 AM to 10 PM, last wash 8:30 PM. Pick the tier that matches your household, sign up at the counter or through CleanCloud, and run your loads whenever it suits you.
Built for households running multiple loads per week. Card-operated machines from single-load size to king-comforter capacity, an attendant on the floor every operating hour, and one flat monthly subscription instead of per-load payment.

Locals Pass terms & conditions
The Locals Pass covers unlimited self-service washes and dries at El Porto Laundry, 3921 Highland Avenue, for one household’s personal laundry. Usage is monitored.
Tier guidelines
The Individual tier is for single-person households. On average, individuals spend $80–$120 per month in the laundromat. The Family tier is for a standard single-family household; on average, families spend $190–$250 per month. Members consistently exceeding their tier’s averages will be asked to upgrade to the next tier or to speak with us about a commercial account.
Restrictions
Commercial accounts are not eligible for the Locals Pass. Accounts may not be shared — each pass covers one household only.
